Charlton Events provides in-house event management, catering, bar facilities and AV support across The Valley's event spaces. Individual rooms offer different combinations of air conditioning, natural daylight, TV screens, pitch views and bar facilities, while organisers are also permitted to bring their own AV equipment subject to prior agreement with the events team.

The North Stand Suite provides an 880m² event floor capable of accommodating 700 delegates theatre-style or 450 for dinner, giving the venue genuine conference, exhibition and banqueting capability rather than simply a collection of hospitality lounges.

The Valley is located on Floyd Road in Charlton, close to Greenwich in South East London. Charlton railway station is immediately nearby, with direct services connecting the area with London Bridge and Cannon Street. North Greenwich on the Jubilee line provides the nearest Underground connection and is approximately two miles from the stadium.
The stadium is also easily reached by road via the A206, A2 and A102 and offers more than 200 complimentary onsite parking spaces for delegates
