LIVEHOUSE Dundee
LIVEHOUSE Dundee is a major live entertainment and events venue in the heart of Dundee city centre, occupying the historic former Green’s Playhouse on Nethergate. Reimagined as a contemporary multi-purpose venue, LIVEHOUSE combines large-scale event capacity with professional production infrastructure for conferences, corporate events, live entertainment, launches and experiential events.
The venue launched in phases from May 2025 and is now an established part of Dundee's live events scene, hosting concerts, club nights and large public events alongside a dedicated corporate conference offering. Its central location, substantial capacity and built-in technical production make it particularly well suited to events requiring more impact than a conventional hotel conference space.

The principal LIVEHOUSE auditorium is a large, adaptable entertainment and event space capable of being configured for concerts, conferences, presentations, parties, launches and large-scale corporate events.
The venue incorporates integrated large-format LED screens, professional-grade sound systems and dynamic event lighting, all supported by an in-house production team.

The venue incorporates balcony seating overlooking the principal event space. Accessible seating is available within the balcony, with capacity dependent on the overall event configuration.

Facilities and Services
LIVEHOUSE has been designed around high-production events. Built-in facilities include large-format LED screens, professional sound systems and dynamic lighting, with an experienced in-house events and production team able to manage technical requirements throughout an event.
The venue can also support hybrid and livestreamed conferences through specialist conferencing technology partners. Catering is available through a selection of external catering partners, allowing packages to be developed around individual events.
A major practical advantage is the private onsite car park directly beneath the venue, accessed from Yeaman Shore.
