No.11 Cavendish Square is an elegant Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse in the heart of London's West End, operated by The King's Fund. Combining period architecture with contemporary conference facilities, the venue offers one of Central London's most versatile collections of meeting and event spaces, making it ideal for conferences, exhibitions, training programmes, awards dinners, receptions and corporate events.

The venue features 20 meeting and event spaces accommodating up to 300 guests. From purpose-built lecture theatres and executive boardrooms to the spectacular Orangery and Courtyard, No.11 Cavendish Square combines heritage surroundings with state-of-the-art hybrid technology, professional in-house catering and dedicated event support.

The Burdett Suite
The venue's flagship self-contained conference suite accommodating up to 280 delegates theatre style, 240 for dinner or 300 for receptions. Featuring its own private entrance, courtyard access, dedicated foyer and cutting-edge AV technology, it is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, product launches and large corporate events.

Orangery & Courtyard
A stunning indoor and outdoor event space accommodating up to 280 guests. The light-filled Orangery opens directly onto the landscaped Courtyard, creating one of Central London's most sought-after venues for networking events, receptions, summer parties, weddings and private dining.

The Green House
A contemporary event venue with its own curved bar accommodating up to 140 guests. Perfect for receptions, networking events, Christmas parties, client entertaining and exclusive celebrations.

Maynard Theatre
A flexible lecture theatre accommodating up to 140 delegates theatre style. Featuring integrated hybrid technology and excellent sightlines, it is ideal for conferences, presentations, seminars and training events.

Edwards Room
A bright, naturally lit event space accommodating up to 100 delegates. Complete with a full wall of windows and retractable presentation screen, it is ideal for workshops, meetings, private dining and presentations.

Garden Room
An elegant period room accommodating up to 100 guests, suitable for receptions, private dining, networking events and breakout sessions.

No.11 Cavendish Square offers complimentary WiFi, integrated hybrid AV technology throughout the venue, dedicated in-house AV technicians, natural daylight in many event spaces, breakout rooms, executive boardrooms, Searcys in-house catering, courtyard garden, accessible facilities, air conditioning, cloakroom facilities and AIM Gold accreditation. Dry hire is not available as the venue operates with exclusive in-house catering.

Location and Access

Located on Cavendish Square in Marylebone, the venue is approximately 3 minutes' walk from Oxford Circus Underground Station and 4 minutes from Bond Street Station. The venue is also within easy reach of Euston, Marylebone, King's Cross and Paddington stations.
