Located in the heart of Marylebone, The Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) at 66 Portland Place is one of London's most prestigious conference and event venues. Home to a collection of beautifully restored historic interiors alongside modern meeting facilities, the venue provides over 20 flexible event spaces, including grand halls, contemporary galleries, wood-panelled boardrooms and outdoor terraces. Event Spaces

Florence Hall

The venue's spectacular Art Deco reception space accommodates up to 400 standing, 300 theatre or 180 guests for dinner, making it ideal for conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions and receptions. Floor-to-ceiling etched windows flood the room with natural daylight while adjoining terraces provide additional breakout space.

Jarvis Hall

A purpose-built tiered auditorium seating up to 400 delegates, perfect for conferences, keynote presentations, lectures and product launches, complete with integrated presentation technology and excellent acoustics.

RIBA Gallery

An elegant contemporary gallery space suitable for receptions, exhibitions, networking events and private dining for up to 150 standing or 120 seated guests, with direct access to the First Floor Landing.

Aston Webb Room

A distinguished wood-panelled boardroom accommodating up to 40 delegates, ideal for executive meetings, presentations and private dining.

Lutyens Room

A naturally lit meeting room overlooking Portland Place, perfect for training sessions, workshops and board meetings for up to 70 guests.

Wren Room

A contemporary meeting room with wraparound terrace access, accommodating up to 57 delegates for meetings, training sessions and receptions.
