Sands End Arts & Community Centre is an award-winning contemporary venue located within South Park in Fulham, West London. Purpose-built with sustainability at its heart, the RIBA award-winning centre offers flexible indoor and outdoor event spaces for conferences, meetings, awards ceremonies, networking events, exhibitions and private celebrations. Operated with a strong community focus, the venue combines modern facilities with excellent catering and event support in a unique parkland setting.

Surrounded by landscaped gardens and mature trees, Sands End provides a peaceful environment just minutes from Chelsea Harbour and Imperial Wharf. The venue can accommodate everything from small board meetings to large corporate events for up to 500 guests.

Event Spaces

Main Hall

The venue's principal event space accommodating up to 230 standing, 150 theatre, 120 cabaret or 150 dinner guests. Flooded with natural daylight and overlooking the gardens, it is ideal for conferences, awards dinners, product launches and exhibitions.

The Lodge

A flexible meeting and breakout space perfect for workshops, board meetings, training sessions and networking events.

Walnut Tree Café

A bright café space available for private hire, drinks receptions, informal networking and hospitality events.

Healing Gardens

Beautiful landscaped outdoor gardens providing an excellent setting for receptions, summer parties, wellness events and team building.

Exclusive Venue Hire

The entire centre can be hired for conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and corporate celebrations, with combined indoor and outdoor capacity for up to 500 guests.
