That experience sits behind every recommendation we make, combining first-hand industry knowledge with detailed venue research to find spaces that work for your brief, your guests and your event.
How We Make Money
Our venue finding service is completely free for clients to use. When you book a venue we introduce, we receive a commission from the venue — a standard model across the venue-finding industry.
Our recommendations aren't based on who pays us the most. We focus on the venues that best fit your brief, and where appropriate our Concierge Service allows us to search beyond the venues currently listed on Match My Venue.

Our Price Guarantee
Using Match My Venue won't cost you more. We work directly with venues and your booking is contracted with the venue itself. You won't pay a higher venue rate because you've used our service.
If you find a publicly available rate for the same venue, date and package that is lower than the rate we've secured, let us know and we'll work with the venue to have it reviewed.
