Major Oak Suite

The hotel's largest event space, the Major Oak Suite accommodates up to 270 delegates theatre style or 200 guests for banqueting. Ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, gala dinners and product launches, the suite can also be divided into three separate sections for greater flexibility.

A flexible conference room created from the Major Oak Suite, suitable for presentations, meetings, training sessions and breakout events.

Oak 2

Perfect for medium-sized meetings, seminars and workshops with adaptable layouts.

Oak 3

Ideal for conferences, presentations and breakout sessions, either independently or combined with adjoining spaces.

Cedar Suite

A bright, naturally lit meeting room accommodating up to 90 delegates theatre style, making it well suited to workshops, training sessions, presentations and networking events.

Hawthorne 1 Suite
