About Venue
Birmingham Rep is one of Birmingham's most distinctive conference and events venues, located on Centenary Square in the heart of the city. As a working producing theatre, the venue combines three professional auditoria with flexible meeting rooms, reception areas and extensive theatrical production facilities.
The venue offers 13 event spaces and accommodates up to 800 delegates, making it suitable for everything from board meetings and workshops to major conferences, product launches, awards, performances and corporate events.
Event Spaces
- <h3 class="font_3">The House</h3>
<p class="font_8">The Rep's principal auditorium and largest event space, accommodating up to 800 theatre-style.</p>
<p class="font_8">The House features a substantial stage, full technical and AV production facilities and hybrid-event capabilities. Curtain partitioning allows the auditorium to be adapted for smaller audiences, while vehicles can even be brought onto the stage for automotive and product launches.</p>

<p class="font_8">The stage can also be transformed for events, accommodating up to 240 banquet, 200 cabaret or 400 for a reception.</p>

<h3 class="font_3">The Studio</h3>
<p class="font_8">A highly adaptable theatre with retractable seating, allowing it to transform between auditorium and flat-floor event configurations. It works particularly well for conferences, presentations, dinners, exhibitions, launches and creative corporate events.</p>

<h3 class="font_3">The Door</h3>
<p class="font_8">The smallest of The Rep's three professional auditoria, providing an intimate theatrical environment for conferences, presentations, performances and corporate events.</p>

<h3 class="font_3">The Meeting Rooms</h3>
<p class="font_8">Three self-contained meeting rooms that can be used individually or combined into one or two larger spaces.</p>
<p class="font_8">At maximum configuration they accommodate up to 200 theatre-style, 140 banquet/reception, 120 cabaret, 70 U-shape or 70 boardroom, with space for approximately 20 exhibition stands. Natural daylight and views across Centenary Square make them particularly strong for conferences, seminars and workshops.</p>

<p class="font_8">A dedicated meeting room with natural daylight and views across Centenary Square, accommodating up to 18 boardroom-style.</p>

<h3 class="font_3">Burman</h3>
<p class="font_8">A smaller executive meeting room accommodating up to 14 boardroom-style, particularly suited to meetings, workshops, training and private dining.</p>

<p class="font_8">An intimate meeting space for up to 4 delegates, suitable for interviews, one-to-one meetings and use as a supporting conference office.</p>

<h3 class="font_3">The Mezzanine</h3>
<p class="font_8">A contemporary reception and networking space featuring floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Centenary Square.</p>
<p class="font_8">The Mezzanine accommodates up to 300 guests for receptions and includes a private bar. It works particularly well for networking, pre-dinner drinks and breakout use alongside events elsewhere within The Rep.</p>
