Caernarfon Suite

The centrepiece of the Ian Edwards Conference Centre, this vast pillar-free ballroom features impressive ceiling heights, integrated staging, advanced lighting and production infrastructure, together with direct access to exhibition and registration areas. The space can also be subdivided into smaller sections for greater flexibility.

Exhibition Hall

A large open-plan exhibition space designed to accommodate trade shows, sponsor displays, vehicle launches, networking exhibitions and event registration, with excellent loading access and direct links to the conference facilities.

Meeting Rooms

A collection of thirteen contemporary meeting rooms located on the conference centre's upper level, each equipped with built-in presentation screens, conferencing facilities and flexible furniture layouts for workshops, strategy sessions and executive meetings.

Hedleys

A stylish private function room overlooking the golf course, offering natural daylight and contemporary interiors for smaller conferences, private dining and business events requiring a more intimate setting.
