Convene Rathbone is a next-generation conference and events venue located at One Rathbone Square in London's West End. Opening in Spring 2027, the purpose-built venue combines premium conference facilities with high-production event technology, creating a destination for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, brand activations, gala dinners and luxury receptions.

Occupying approximately 54,000 sq ft (5,017 sq m) across multiple flexible event spaces, Convene Rathbone features immersive technology including 180-degree projection mapping, street-facing LED walls and a dedicated rigging system, allowing organisers to deliver highly creative and technically advanced events in the heart of the West End.

Main Plenary Hall

The venue's flagship event space is designed for conferences, keynote presentations, award ceremonies, product launches and high-profile corporate events. Equipped with immersive production technology, projection mapping and integrated AV, the space forms the centrepiece of the venue.

Flexible Meeting Rooms

A collection of adaptable meeting and breakout spaces designed for seminars, workshops, executive meetings, training sessions and parallel conference streams. Rooms can be configured to suit a wide variety of event formats.
