Forest Suite
The hotel's flagship conference and exhibition space accommodating up to 320 delegates theatre style or 220 for dinner. The suite benefits from natural daylight, built-in AV technology and can be divided into three separate rooms, making it ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, product launches and large corporate events.

Ash Suite
A versatile event suite accommodating up to 120 delegates. Featuring natural daylight, integrated AV, a private bar and direct access to an outdoor terrace, it is ideal for conferences, networking events, training sessions, receptions and private dining. It also links directly to the Mulberry Suite for breakout use.

Mulberry Suite
A bright, flexible suite accommodating up to 90 delegates theatre style. Full-height windows, integrated AV and its connection to the Ash Suite make it well suited to meetings, workshops, private dining, presentations and breakout sessions.

Ebony Lounge
A dedicated conference foyer and networking lounge positioned alongside the Forest Suite. Ideal for registration, catering, exhibitions, refreshment breaks, networking and pre-event receptions.

Laurent Perrier Suite
