Located in the heart of Manchester, Depot Mayfield is one of the UK's most distinctive large-scale event venues, set within the historic former Mayfield railway station directly opposite Manchester Piccadilly. With its vast industrial architecture, exposed brickwork, steel columns and raw warehouse character, the venue provides a dramatic setting for conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, product launches, live events, filming and large-scale corporate experiences.

Depot Mayfield is a flexible multi-space venue capable of hosting events from smaller creative productions through to major events of up to 10,000 guests. Its scale, atmosphere and production potential make it particularly well suited to organisers looking for a high-impact alternative to a traditional conference centre or hotel ballroom.

As part of Manchester's wider Mayfield regeneration area, the venue sits beside Mayfield Park and benefits from excellent national rail, Metrolink and city centre transport connections.

Event Spaces

Depot

The main warehouse space is the largest area within Depot Mayfield, offering a vast industrial backdrop for large-scale conferences, exhibitions, brand experiences, music events, filming, fashion shows and immersive productions.

Concourse

A characterful secondary event space featuring exposed steelwork, railway arches and industrial detailing, suited to brand activations, receptions, exhibitions, conferences, live performance and creative events.

Ticket Hall

An atmospheric space that can be used for fashion shows, exhibitions, awards, talks, guest arrival, queuing or supporting event activity.

The Platform / Rooftop Space

Outdoor and rooftop space may be available for selected events and seasonal activations, subject to event requirements and venue approval.
