Eastwood Hall
Eastwood Hall is a large residential conference and events venue set within 26 acres of landscaped grounds in Nottinghamshire. With 36 meeting and event rooms, 152 bedrooms and extensive onsite facilities, it is particularly well equipped for events where delegates need to stay, meet and socialise in one location.
The venue's main conference space, the Lawrence Suite, accommodates up to 400 delegates theatre style and can be divided into three separate rooms. The Chatterley Suite provides a second substantial divisible space, while a large collection of smaller rooms allows organisers to create dedicated breakouts, workshops, offices and syndicate spaces around a central conference programme.
Beyond the meeting rooms, Eastwood Hall has an onsite restaurant and bar, leisure club with indoor swimming pool and gym, free parking and extensive outdoor space. Its Nottinghamshire location, close to the M1, makes it particularly practical for national conferences, company-wide meetings and residential training events where delegates are travelling from different parts of the UK.

Why Hire
Eastwood Hall is particularly strong for complex conferences and residential events where organisers need a lot of space behind the headline capacity. Rather than having one large room and a handful of small breakouts, its 36 meeting rooms allow multiple sessions, workshops and workstreams to operate simultaneously.
The location also works well for national events where delegates are travelling from different regions. Being close to the M1 with extensive free parking removes much of the friction associated with a city-centre venue, particularly for company-wide meetings and training programmes where delegates are driving.
