Harrogate Convention Centre
Harrogate Convention Centre is one of the UK's largest purpose-built conference and exhibition venues, located in the heart of the historic spa town of Harrogate. Hosting conferences and events since 1835, the venue combines modern exhibition halls and conference facilities with the magnificent Grade II* listed Royal Hall, creating a unique destination for conferences, exhibitions, association congresses, awards ceremonies and live events.
The venue features 13 principal event spaces, 13 meeting rooms and facilities for up to 2,000 delegates. Offering more than 13,000m² of event space, a purpose-built 1,977-seat auditorium, flexible exhibition halls, dedicated technical support and one of the UK's largest conference breakout capacities, Harrogate Convention Centre is one of the country's leading conference destinations.
Event Spaces
Auditorium
The venue's flagship conference auditorium accommodating up to 1,977 delegates theatre style or 320 cabaret. Featuring removable seating, a permanent stage, integrated AV technology and dedicated entrance foyer, it is ideal for major conferences, keynote presentations, product launches and association congresses.
Royal Hall
A magnificent Edwardian theatre designed by Frank Matcham accommodating 978 delegates theatre style or 340 for gala dinners. One of the UK's finest historic event spaces, it is ideal for conferences, awards ceremonies, concerts and prestigious corporate events.
Studio One
A highly flexible contemporary event hall accommodating 1,200 delegates theatre style, 750 banqueting or 1,100 exhibition visitors. Perfect for conferences, exhibitions, gala dinners and large corporate events.
Studio Two
A modern multi-purpose venue accommodating 1,200 delegates theatre style or 1,000 exhibition visitors. Studio Two is being enhanced to provide up to eight additional breakout rooms as part of a major investment programme.
Queen's Suite
A versatile suite accommodating 600 delegates theatre style, 450 for banquets or 400 exhibition visitors. The suite can be divided into up to ten separate rooms, making it ideal for conferences, exhibitions, breakout sessions and networking events.
King's Suite
A contemporary event suite accommodating 220 delegates theatre style. Suitable for conferences, seminars, AGMs, training events and presentations. The adjoining Conservatory provides additional reception space.
Hall A
A flexible exhibition and banqueting hall accommodating 930 guests for dinner or 1,000 exhibition visitors. Ideal for exhibitions, gala dinners and large corporate functions.
Hall B
A large exhibition hall accommodating 1,100 guests for banquets and 1,200 exhibition visitors. Perfect for exhibitions and large-scale hospitality events.
Hall C
One of the venue's largest exhibition halls accommodating 1,130 for banquets or 1,200 exhibition visitors, complete with integrated catering facilities.
Hall D
A naturally lit exhibition hall accommodating 450 cabaret or 800 exhibition visitors, ideal for exhibitions, conferences and catering zones.
Hall M
A self-contained exhibition hall accommodating 910 cabaret or 850 banqueting. Featuring its own entrance, offices and reception area, it is ideal for exhibitions and conferences.
Hall Q
The venue's largest exhibition hall offering 3,285m² of floor space and capacity for 2,000 exhibition visitors. Complete with its own entrance, registration area and organiser offices.
Conservatory
An elegant glazed reception space adjacent to the King's Suite accommodating 96 guests for dining. Ideal for networking events, drinks receptions and hospitality.
