Richmond Suite

The hotel's flagship conference and event space. Located within the West Wing, the Richmond Suite can accommodate up to 1,350 delegates theatre style and is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and large-scale corporate events. The suite benefits from a dedicated entrance, exclusive foyer space and extensive branding opportunities.

Kensington Suite

One of London's largest hotel event spaces, the Kensington Suite offers capacity for up to 1,350 delegates and is regularly used for conferences, exhibitions, product launches and gala dinners. The suite can be adapted to suit a wide variety of event formats.

Admiral Suite

A self-contained ballroom offering capacity for up to 800 delegates theatre style. The suite can be divided into two sections and is supported by 15 breakout rooms located directly above, making it particularly suitable for conferences and multi-stream events.

GMT Suite

A versatile event space accommodating up to 200 guests, complete with private foyer and the ability to divide into three separate breakout rooms. Ideal for conferences, workshops, training events and networking functions.

Room 23

Located on the 23rd floor, Room 23 offers panoramic views across London's skyline and provides an impressive setting for private dining, networking receptions, board meetings and VIP events.

Executive Lounge Meeting Rooms
