Hyatt Regency London Olympia is a contemporary four-star deluxe hotel located within the landmark Olympia redevelopment in West Kensington. Opened in 2026, the hotel forms part of the new Olympia destination alongside the International Convention Centre (ICC), exhibition halls, restaurants, theatres and entertainment venues. Designed primarily for business travellers and conference delegates, the hotel provides modern accommodation with direct access to one of London's largest event campuses.

The hotel features 3 principal event spaces, 3 meeting rooms, 204 bedrooms and facilities for meetings and events of up to 75 delegates. While the hotel's own meeting facilities are designed for smaller gatherings, guests benefit from direct access via a covered walkway to Olympia's extensive conference and exhibition venues, making it an excellent base for residential conferences and exhibitions.

The Meeting Room

The hotel's flagship meeting space accommodating up to 60 delegates theatre style, 48 cabaret or 40 boardroom. The room can be divided into three individual meeting rooms, making it ideal for conferences, presentations, workshops and training events.

Meeting Rooms 1–3

Three contemporary meeting rooms accommodating between 12 and 30 delegates individually. These flexible spaces can be combined to create larger meeting environments for seminars, workshops, interviews and breakout sessions.

The Snug

An exclusive lounge-style private event space accommodating up to 16 guests. Overlooking the hotel lobby, it provides an elegant setting for executive meetings, networking events, VIP hospitality and informal receptions.
