Originally opened in 1895 as The Refuge Assurance Building, the Grade II* listed landmark has been beautifully restored while retaining its grand staircases, ornate ceilings and architectural detailing. Today, it offers over 17 flexible meeting and event spaces, including the largest hotel ballroom in North West England, making it one of Manchester's premier venues for large-scale events.
