Manchester Central Convention Complex
Manchester Central is one of the UK's major convention and exhibition venues, occupying the former Manchester Central railway station in the heart of the city. The Grade II-listed building combines large-scale exhibition halls with conference, banqueting, breakout and networking spaces, allowing it to accommodate everything from smaller corporate meetings to major exhibitions, congresses and conferences.
At the heart of the venue is the column-free Central Hall, offering 10,000m² of event space and capacity for up to 9,000 delegates theatre-style. Exchange Hall, the Charter Suite, Gallery and extensive breakout facilities provide additional options that can be used independently or alongside large-scale events.

Manchester Central provides extensive infrastructure for conferences, exhibitions and large-scale events, with flexible halls, meeting rooms, breakout spaces, registration areas and networking facilities. The venue can support complex event builds and has dedicated goods access to both Central Hall and the Charter Suite, with separate delivery access for Exchange Hall.
The venue is designed for major event production and can accommodate substantial staging, exhibition installations and technical requirements. Its range of interconnected spaces also allows organisers to combine plenary sessions, exhibitions, catering, breakout meetings and networking within one venue.
