The venue features a diverse range of purpose-built conference facilities across its Grandstand, Owners Club, Hampshire Stand and Berkshire Stand, alongside outdoor event spaces spanning 225 acres. Floor-to-ceiling glazing, panoramic racecourse views, integrated event infrastructure and dedicated event management provide an impressive setting for both large-scale corporate events and smaller executive meetings. Event Spaces

Grandstand – Ground Floor

The venue's largest exhibition and event space accommodates up to 1,000 delegates theatre style, 700 guests for receptions or 540 for dinners. Featuring vehicle access, high ceilings and a vast open-plan layout, it is ideal for exhibitions, product launches, large conferences, trade shows and gala dinners.

Grandstand – Second Floor

A pillar-free event space offering panoramic views across the racecourse. With capacities of up to 500 theatre style or 450 for dinner, the space features five private balconies, integrated catering facilities, natural daylight and flexible layouts for conferences, awards dinners and networking events.

Grandstand – First Floor

A contemporary reception and networking space with feature bars, integrated catering outlets and racecourse views. Perfect for drinks receptions, exhibition catering, networking events and informal gatherings for up to 400 guests.

Owners Club

A modern standalone event venue featuring floor-to-ceiling windows, a private terrace overlooking the Parade Ring and its own entrance. Suitable for conferences, private dining, summer parties, networking events and corporate

celebrations.

Hampshire Stand

Recently refurbished, the Hampshire Stand offers spectacular views over the finishing straight and accommodates conferences, dining events and VIP hospitality for up to 300 guests. The Hennessy Restaurant forms part of this impressive event space.

Berkshire Stand

A versatile collection of event suites and hospitality spaces suitable for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, dinners and sporting hospitality. The stand also supports large-scale outdoor events with direct access to the racecourse grounds.

Outdoor Event Spaces

The 225-acre estate includes the Copper King Lawn, Centre Course, Grandstand Tarmac Area, LP Champagne Bar Lawn and Stretch Tent, providing flexible outdoor venues for festivals, team building, corporate fun days, summer parties, exhibitions and large public events.

Meeting Rooms

The venue offers a wide selection of meeting rooms and hospitality suites, including the Native River Meeting Room, Champions Suite, Fred Winter Suite, Mandarin Suite, Lounge 303, Long Room, Royal Box and a collection of private hospitality boxes suitable for board meetings, workshops, interviews and breakout sessions.
