Park Plaza Westminster

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge is a major conference, events and residential hotel located on London's South Bank, directly opposite the Houses of Parliament and within walking distance of Waterloo and Westminster stations.

The hotel provides approximately 3,400 m² of flexible meeting and event space across 32 rooms, ranging from executive boardrooms and breakout spaces to the substantial Westminster Ballroom. Events can accommodate up to 1,400 guests theatre style, with the hotel particularly well suited to major conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, gala events and large residential programmes.

The Westminster Ballroom is the centrepiece of the event offering. Providing approximately 1,200 m² of pillar-free space, it can operate as one large room or be divided into smaller soundproofed sections. Dedicated pre-function areas, bars, cloakrooms and organiser facilities support large-scale events without relying on the hotel's public areas.

The Plaza and Park Suites provide further flexible conference and breakout facilities across dedicated meeting floors, while smaller City Rooms offer private environments for board meetings, interviews and smaller sessions.
