Stratford Suite

The hotel's largest and most flexible event space, located on the ground floor and measuring approximately 335m². The Stratford Suite can accommodate up to 400 delegates and can be divided into smaller sections, making it ideal for conferences, awards dinners, exhibitions, gala dinners and large corporate events.

Salmon & Avon Suite

A flexible, naturally lit ground-floor event space for up to 140 theatre-style. The suite can also accommodate 80 banquet, 60 dinner dance, 60 classroom, 48 cabaret, 45 U-shape or 35 boardroom, and includes a partition wall, projector screen and WiFi.

Hampton & Loxley

A flexible ground-floor meeting and event suite accommodating up to 80 guests. At approximately 67m², the space works well for presentations, training, breakout sessions and smaller corporate events.

Boardroom 1

A dedicated first-floor meeting room for up to 30 delegates, suited to board meetings, interviews, workshops and smaller training sessions.

Boardroom 2

A second first-floor meeting room for up to 30 delegates, providing additional capacity for smaller meetings or use as a breakout space alongside a larger conference.

Additional Meeting & Breakout Rooms

Stratford Manor offers a total of 13 meeting and event rooms, allowing larger conferences to combine a principal plenary space with multiple breakout rooms. This makes the hotel particularly useful for residential conferences, association meetings and events requiring several simultaneous sessions.
