The Alan

The Alan is a contemporary design-led hotel and events venue in the heart of Manchester, occupying a characterful building on Princess Street close to St Peter’s Square. Combining 137 bedrooms with dedicated meeting rooms, private dining and a substantial blank-canvas event space, the hotel offers considerably more flexibility than its boutique appearance might initially suggest.

Events range from small board meetings and workshops to conferences, dinners, product launches, exhibitions and larger standing receptions. The dedicated Event 1 and Event 2 rooms can operate independently or be combined, while SITU provides an industrial-style lower-ground event space for larger and more creative productions. The hotel's restaurant and bar can also be hired privately.
