The venue features a collection of distinctive event spaces including the impressive 77 event venue, the celebrated LAVO restaurant, a private screening room and a range of luxury suites and hospitality spaces. Together, these spaces allow organisers to host events ranging from intimate executive meetings through to exclusive receptions and product launches for up to 550 guests.

Event Spaces

77

77 is the venue's flagship event space and one of the most impressive new event venues in Central London. Featuring a private street-level entrance, double-height ceilings, integrated bars and a floor-to-ceiling LED screen, the space is ideal for product launches, fashion events, conferences, networking receptions and exclusive parties. Capacity of up to 550 guests standing and 150 theatre style.

LAVO

Located across two levels, LAVO offers contemporary Italian dining within a luxurious setting. The space is ideal for private dining, corporate hospitality, networking events and celebrations, accommodating up to 360 guests standing or 262 guests seated.

Screening Room

A self-contained private cinema and presentation space featuring luxury Pullman seating and a 213-inch screen. Suitable for presentations, screenings, panel discussions, training sessions and executive events. Capacity of 33 delegates theatre style.

The Green Room

A dedicated meeting and breakout space located adjacent to 77. The room is equipped for video conferencing and board meetings and can also support larger events taking place within the venue. Capacity of up to 16 delegates boardroom style.

The BoTree Suites

A collection of luxury suites available for private meetings, executive hospitality, private dining and VIP events. Several suites can accommodate up to 60 guests for receptions.

The BoTree Bar

An elegant cocktail and networking venue offering private hire opportunities for receptions, after-work events and client entertaining. Capacity of up to 100 guests.
