The Kia Oval
The Kia Oval is one of London's most recognisable sporting venues and the historic home of Surrey County Cricket Club, which has been based at the ground since 1845. Located in Kennington, the stadium combines world-famous cricket heritage with an extensive collection of contemporary conference, exhibition, meeting and event spaces.
The venue hosts more than 2,000 events each year and offers spaces ranging from private pitch-facing Executive Boxes and intimate heritage rooms to large conference suites, exhibition halls and rooftop terraces.
The Jardine Suite is the venue's largest event space by overall capacity, accommodating up to 1,500 guests for a reception, 700 theatre style or 550 for dinner. Located at ground level within the JM Finn Stand, the suite provides more than 1,500 m² of flexible exhibition space and benefits from vehicular access, making it particularly strong for exhibitions, trade shows, product launches and production-heavy events.
The England Suite provides another major conference and event environment for up to 700 theatre style or 500 for dinner, while the Ashes Suite accommodates up to 500 for receptions, 380 theatre style and 320 for dining.
For outdoor and summer events, the covered Corinthian Roof Terrace accommodates up to 600 guests and provides views across both the cricket pitch and London skyline.
Alongside its contemporary event spaces, The Kia Oval retains a collection of characterful heritage rooms including the Long Room within the Pavilion, allowing organisers to incorporate the history of one of the world's most famous cricket grounds into meetings, dinners and private events.

The Kia Oval provides a comprehensive conference and events operation with dedicated Sales Executives supporting organisers from initial enquiry and an Event Coordinator assisting with planning and delivery. The stadium hosts more than 2,000 events annually, giving the team considerable experience across conferences, exhibitions, dinners, meetings, celebrations and large-scale corporate events.
In-house catering is delivered through the venue's partnership with Compass, with menus available for conferences, dinners, receptions, summer events and private celebrations. Bespoke catering requirements can also be discussed with the events team.
High-speed Wi-Fi, audiovisual facilities, presentation screens, air conditioning and event support are available across the venue, with individual facilities varying by room. Many spaces benefit from natural daylight and direct views across the cricket pitch.
The venue also provides substantial exhibition infrastructure. The Jardine Suite offers more than 1,500 m² of flexible exhibition space with vehicular access, while approximately 2,000 m² of additional space is available across other rooms within the same stand.

For exhibitions, the Jardine Suite is particularly strong. More than 1,500 m² of open event space, capacity for up to 60 shell-scheme stands and direct vehicular access allow organisers to deliver events that would be difficult to accommodate within a traditional hotel or conference centre.

The Kia Oval is located in Kennington, South London, approximately ten minutes from central London and close to both Oval Underground Station and Vauxhall transport interchange.
Oval Underground Station on the Northern line is only a few minutes' walk from the ground. Vauxhall provides Victoria line, National Rail and bus services and is also within walking distance.
The venue's South London location provides straightforward access from the West End, City and major London railway terminals while avoiding some of the logistical constraints associated with venues in the heart of central London.
