Event Spaces

Queens Ballroom

The hotel's flagship event space and the largest hotel function suite in Leeds, accommodating up to 500 delegates theatre style. Featuring original Art Deco architecture, high ceilings and an ornate balcony, it is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, product launches and large corporate events. The adjoining Ark Royal Suite can also be used as a dedicated reception or bar area.

Palm Court

A stylish and elegant event space accommodating up to 200 delegates. Perfect for conferences, networking events, receptions, private dinners and celebrations, offering contemporary décor and excellent natural light.

Ark Royal

A versatile Art Deco suite accommodating up to 150 delegates. Often used for conferences, receptions, private dining and as a breakout or drinks reception alongside the Queens Ballroom.

John Charles Suites

Three flexible meeting rooms (John Charles I, II and III), each accommodating up to 40 delegates. Ideal for workshops, presentations, training sessions, interviews, board meetings and breakout sessions.

Pateley Suite

A bright and contemporary meeting room for up to 80 delegates theatre style. Well suited to seminars, workshops, presentations and training events.

Rochester Suite

An executive meeting room accommodating up to 35 delegates, ideal for board meetings, client presentations and workshops.

Charlotte Suite

An elegant private room suitable for meetings, interviews and private dining for up to 30 delegates.

Airedale, Bramhope, Wharfedale & Linton

A collection of executive meeting rooms designed for board meetings, interviews, breakout sessions and smaller corporate events.
