The Space
The Space is a dedicated conference and events venue on Roundtree Way, around two miles from Norwich city centre. Designed specifically for business events, the venue offers six flexible spaces ranging from small meeting rooms to a substantial Auditorium and a large central Atrium.
The venue works particularly well for conferences, training, exhibitions, presentations, workshops, product launches and hybrid events. All event rooms are located on the ground floor, with free WiFi, AV equipment, catering and onsite parking available. The Space operates as a social enterprise, with profits reinvested into community initiatives.

The Space provides AV equipment throughout the venue, with projectors or TV screens available in every room. The Auditorium additionally offers an extensive sound and lighting system, microphones, technical support, HD-camera streaming, live recording and two-way video conferencing facilities.

The Auditorium provides the scale for larger conferences and exhibitions, while the Blue and Orange Spaces provide substantial secondary rooms. The Yellow and Green Spaces can support workshops and breakout sessions, and the central Atrium provides a natural location for registration, refreshments, networking and exhibition stands.
Its technical capabilities are another advantage, particularly for conferences requiring streaming, recording or hybrid participation. The Auditorium also offers an unusually high 8-metre ceiling and direct roller-shutter access, making it useful for larger production requirements and product launches.

The Space is located on Roundtree Way, just off Norwich's main ring road and approximately two miles from Norwich city centre and Norwich Railway Station.
There are 40 free onsite parking spaces, including five designated accessible bays. Additional free overflow parking can be arranged nearby for larger events.
All event rooms are located on the ground floor and wheelchair accessible, with a shallow ramp at the main entrance and accessible toilet facilities. Permanent hearing loops are installed in the Auditorium and Blue Space.
