West Lexham is a secluded 22-acre country estate in Norfolk offering an unusual setting for corporate retreats, team gatherings, workshops, celebrations and residential events. Rather than operating as a conventional conference hotel, the estate combines converted historic buildings, gardens, woodland, lakes and distinctive accommodation to create events centred around privacy, nature and shared experiences.
The current venue offering centres around five principal gathering spaces — The Barn, Village Hall, Orangery, Library and Hayloft — alongside extensive outdoor areas. Accommodation is spread across barn bedrooms, cottages, cabins, treehouses, Cartshed bedrooms and seasonal bell tents.
