The Ballroom

The hotel's flagship event space accommodates up to 550 theatre, 440 dinner or 330 cabaret guests. The Ballroom can be divided into three sections and includes a private anteroom and bar, making it ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies and gala dinners.

Charlecote & Harewood

A flexible suite accommodating up to 150 theatre, 120 cabaret or 100 boardroom delegates. Ideal for medium-sized conferences, training and presentations.

Blenheim Suite

A contemporary meeting room accommodating up to 100 theatre delegates with integrated projection facilities and natural daylight.

Packwood Suite

A modern conference room for up to 100 theatre delegates, ideal for seminars, workshops and training sessions.

Warwick Suite

A flexible meeting room accommodating up to 60 theatre delegates.

A collection of smaller meeting rooms including Hidcote, Hatton, Bancroft, Boardroom and two Syndicate Rooms, perfect for executive meetings, interviews and breakout sessions.
