Rutland Suite

The hotel's largest event space, measuring approximately 231m² and accommodating up to 260 theatre-style, 220 for private dining, 180 dinner dance, 180 with back projection, 120 classroom or 100 cabaret. The flexible suite can also be divided into Rutland I and Rutland II, making it ideal for conferences, awards dinners, gala events, exhibitions and larger corporate celebrations.

Rutland I & II

The Rutland Suite divides into two individual rooms, each accommodating up to 100 theatre-style, 80 private dining, 60 dinner dance, 60 classroom or 56 cabaret. These are particularly useful as standalone meeting rooms or substantial breakout spaces alongside a larger conference.

Rockingham Suite

A flexible event and conference room accommodating up to 100 theatre-style, 80 private dining, 50 dinner dance or 48 cabaret. The room works well for conferences, training events, private dinners and breakout sessions.

Althorp Suite

A recently refurbished meeting and conference suite offering natural daylight, air conditioning and integrated AV. The updated room accommodates up to approximately 70 delegates and provides a contemporary setting for meetings, presentations and training sessions.

Oakham Suite

A refurbished meeting space with natural daylight, air conditioning and integrated AV technology, accommodating up to 50 theatre-style. It is particularly suited to training, presentations, workshops and executive meetings.

Barnsdale Suite

Another of the hotel's recently refurbished event spaces, now accommodating up to approximately 70 theatre-style and offering a contemporary environment for meetings and conferences.

Harrington Suite

A flexible meeting room suitable for approximately 30 theatre-style, 24 cabaret, 24 classroom or 20 boardroom, making it ideal for smaller conferences, workshops and breakout sessions.

Additional Meeting & Boardrooms

Kettering Park Hotel offers an extensive collection of additional meeting spaces including the Walgrave, Weekley and Woodford rooms alongside six dedicated boardrooms, providing excellent breakout capacity for larger conferences and multi-room events.
