Located in the heart of Hammersmith, Kindred is a beautifully restored Grade II listed events venue housed within the historic Bradmore House. Event Spaces

The Hall

The Hall is Kindred's principal event space, combining soaring arched windows, reclaimed timber floors and elegant heritage detailing with modern production facilities. Complete with a private bar, stage and integrated AV, it provides an exceptional setting for conferences, networking events, dinners, presentations and large receptions.

The Library

Featuring floor-to-ceiling bookshelves, high ceilings and abundant natural daylight, The Library offers an intimate and characterful setting for board meetings, workshops, presentations and private dining. The room can also be paired with the adjoining Salon Bar for larger events and breakout sessions.

Salon Bar

The Salon Bar is a stylish speakeasy-inspired space offering an atmospheric setting for drinks receptions, networking events and exclusive parties. Rich interiors and flexible layouts make it an ideal complement to The Library or as a standalone venue for smaller gatherings.

Butterwick Room

With original eighteenth-century features, high ceilings and elegant interiors, the Butterwick Room provides an impressive environment for executive meetings, strategy sessions and private dining. Contemporary presentation technology complements its historic character.

Cellar at Kindred

Located on the ground floor, Cellar at Kindred combines restaurant and bar facilities with a relaxed contemporary atmosphere. The flexible space is ideal for informal networking events, team socials, private dining and drinks receptions.

Terrace

The outdoor terrace offers a welcoming setting for summer receptions, networking events and informal gatherings. Surrounded by planting and overlooking the entrance to Bradmore House, it provides an attractive extension to indoor events.

The venue offers step-free access via lift to its principal event spaces, while supplier access can be coordinated in advance for efficient event delivery. There is no dedicated on-site parking, although several public car parks are available nearby.
