LSO St Luke's
LSO St Luke’s is the London Symphony Orchestra’s music and events venue on Old Street, positioned between the City and Shoreditch. Originally built as St Luke’s Church in 1733, the Grade I listed building combines its historic 18th-century architecture with a contemporary interior designed for performances, corporate events, dinners, receptions, conferences and recording.
The venue underwent a major £8 million redevelopment in 2025, reopening in October with improved accessibility, enhanced acoustics and upgraded performance, recording and technical facilities. The investment has strengthened its capabilities not only as a concert venue but for conferences, creative productions, filming and corporate events.
The principal Jerwood Hall accommodates up to 400 guests standing, with additional spaces available for breakout sessions, smaller meetings and supporting event activity. Venue hire also directly supports the London Symphony Orchestra’s learning and community programme, LSO Discovery.

LSO St Luke’s has an experienced in-house technical team supporting sound, lighting and audio-visual requirements. The Jerwood Hall offers flexible staging and seating, projection equipment, house and production lighting, an in-house sound system, acoustic treatments and internet access.
Its upgraded audio and video infrastructure also supports professional recording and production. The venue now includes a dedicated Audio Control Room and Master Control Room, while external professional recording equipment can be integrated into the building's infrastructure.
For private events, catering and production are delivered through the venue's approved and affiliated suppliers rather than a conventional in-house hotel-style catering operation
