Proposition Wembley
Proposition Wembley is a substantial industrial warehouse and production studio offering approximately 18,000 sq ft of flexible space for filming, photography, live productions, brand activations, immersive events and large-scale creative projects.
Unlike a conventional conference or banqueting venue, Proposition Wembley provides a raw production environment designed to accommodate ambitious builds and technically demanding events. The principal warehouse provides approximately 13,000 sq ft of space, with a large clear-build area unobstructed by pillars and ceiling heights exceeding six metres at the apex.
A second warehouse area provides approximately 2,500 sq ft, alongside additional mezzanine storage, dressing rooms, production offices and welfare facilities. This gives organisers the ability to separate front-of-house activity from production, talent, storage and event operations.
The venue benefits from three-phase power, multiple commando sockets and roller-shutter access allowing vehicles to be driven directly into the studio. Its proximity to Park Royal's extensive production and equipment-hire infrastructure further strengthens its suitability for production-heavy events.
Outside, Proposition Wembley provides substantial onsite parking and operational space. Up to 70 parking spaces are available across the site, with 20 spaces normally allocated to a studio rental and additional parking available by arrangement.
Proposition is operated as a charitable arts organisation, with income generated through production and venue hire helping to support its artistic activities and public programme.

Proposition Wembley provides production-grade infrastructure including three-phase power, multiple commando sockets and roller-shutter access allowing vehicles and substantial equipment to enter the studio. A mobile five-metre scaffold tower can also be made available for production requirements.
The venue incorporates dressing rooms, production offices, a common room, lounge facilities, male and female toilets and an accessible toilet. Additional facilities include sofas, a coffee machine, water fountain and fridge.
The warehouse ceiling is blacked out, supporting filming, photography, projection, lighting and immersive production. Racking provides storage for props and equipment, while the proximity of Park Royal gives organisers convenient access to specialist production equipment, props and technical suppliers.
Catering can be brought into the venue, allowing event organisers to develop food and beverage provision around individual creative and operational requirements.
