Located in the heart of West London with direct access to the A406 and close proximity to both the Central and Piccadilly lines, Proposition offers a vast blank canvas for ambitious productions, rehearsals, and content creation. Whether you're filming a commercial, hosting a live stream, building a set from scratch, or running a multi-day rehearsal, this is a space engineered for scale, ease, and creative control.

As a registered charity, all studio bookings directly support ecological and artistic initiatives – making every production part of a bigger purpose.

Studio One

Size: 13,000 sq ft (43m x 30m), 6.2m apex height
Best for: Film shoots, large-scale set builds, live broadcasts, rehearsals

Studio Two

Size: 2,500 sq ft + 2,500 sq ft mezzanine
