The Boiler House
The Boiler House is one of The Truman Brewery's most distinctive event venues, occupying a former industrial building on Brick Lane in the heart of East London.
Dating back to the 1830s, the venue retains much of its original warehouse character, with exposed brickwork, soaring ceilings, large windows, skylights and distinctive quarry-tiled floors. Rising through the building is the iconic 49-metre Truman chimney, one of the most recognisable features of the former brewery estate.
The Boiler House provides 10,155 sq ft of flexible event space with a split-level mezzanine and direct access to private outdoor areas, including a courtyard and walled garden. Its largely open-plan layout provides considerable flexibility for production, staging, installations and creative event design.
The venue is particularly well suited to brand activations, exhibitions, product launches, fashion events, parties, conferences, experiential events and filming, with direct Brick Lane guest access and substantial loading facilities supporting larger productions.

The Boiler House provides a flexible dry-hire environment with extensive production infrastructure. Multiple power outlets, water points, toilets and loading facilities are available, while articulated vehicle load-in is feasible through the rear Brick Lane Yard.
The Truman Brewery's onsite technical provider, TruTec Services, can provide Wi-Fi, wired internet, networking and telephony. Atmospheric lighting and audio packages can also be arranged, with the venue offering significant flexibility for external event production and creative installations.
