Event Spaces

Haycock Ballroom

The hotel's flagship event space featuring exposed oak beams, an impressive fireplace and private entrance. Accommodating up to 350 delegates theatre style or 240 guests for dinner, the Ballroom is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, gala dinners, product launches and corporate celebrations. Patio doors open directly onto the private walled garden, creating an excellent indoor and outdoor event experience.

Manor Suite

A spacious event suite overlooking the gardens, ideal for meetings, seminars, networking events, training sessions and private dining. The room accommodates up to 80 delegates theatre style and benefits from natural daylight and flexible layouts.

Manor Suite 2

A contemporary meeting room located within the dedicated Business Centre. Featuring natural daylight through skylights and a 72-inch Samsung display, the space is ideal for presentations, workshops, training sessions and executive meetings.

Fitzwilliam

A traditional boardroom full of period charm with wood panelling, chandeliers and an original fireplace. Perfect for executive meetings, interviews, strategy sessions and private dining.

Newton

The largest of the boardrooms, offering a flexible layout suitable for meetings, presentations, workshops and training events for up to 36 delegates theatre style.

Barnaby

An intimate boardroom designed for smaller meetings, interviews and workshops, located close to the car park for convenient access.

Kingscliffe

A purpose-built executive boardroom accommodating up to four delegates, ideal for interviews, confidential meetings and private office space.
