The Crystal Ballroom

The hotel's flagship event space accommodating up to 400 delegates theatre style, 250 for gala dinners or 370 for receptions. Featuring a private entrance, impressive chandeliers, state-of-the-art AV technology and direct access to the foyer, it is ideal for conferences, awards dinners, product launches, fashion events and gala celebrations.

Danziger Suite

A contemporary conference suite accommodating up to 220 delegates. Ideal for conferences, presentations, seminars, networking events and as a breakout or catering space alongside the Crystal Ballroom.

Screening Room

One of London's largest private screening rooms accommodating 201 delegates. Featuring Bose surround sound, Panasonic laser projection, full live-streaming capability and dedicated technical support, it is perfect for film premieres, presentations, conferences and product launches.

Private Dining Room & Terrace

An elegant private dining suite accommodating 64 guests for dinner, 100 for receptions, with an adjoining heated terrace accommodating a further 60 guests. Perfect for board dinners, client entertaining, networking receptions and private celebrations.

May Fair Kitchen & Bar

Stylish restaurant and bar spaces available for exclusive hire, accommodating up to 200 guests for receptions or 110 seated. Ideal for networking events, private dining, launches and celebrations.

Private Suites

A collection of 11 contemporary meeting rooms accommodating between 6 and 120 delegates. Located together on the first floor with dedicated breakout areas, they are ideal for board meetings, workshops, interviews, training sessions and syndicate rooms.
