Orchard Foyer

The hotel's largest event space accommodating up to 260 guests for receptions or networking events and supporting exhibitions with up to 20 stands. The light-filled foyer is perfect for drinks receptions, registration areas, exhibitions and informal networking.

Brailsford Suite

The hotel's flagship meeting and private dining suite accommodating up to 80 delegates theatre style, 60 for banqueting or 40 cabaret. Ideal for conferences, presentations, training events, private dining and celebrations.

Worcester Suite

A flexible meeting room accommodating up to 50 delegates theatre style. The room can be divided into Worcester A and Worcester B, making it ideal for meetings, workshops, seminars and breakout sessions.

Discovery Room

A contemporary meeting room accommodating up to 40 delegates theatre style, suitable for training courses, board meetings, workshops and presentations.

Russet Room

A smaller executive meeting room accommodating up to 12 delegates, ideal for interviews, board meetings and confidential discussions.

Executive Lounge

An exclusive lounge space accommodating up to 15 delegates theatre style or 10 for private dining, perfect for VIP meetings, executive briefings and small receptions.
