Located within 500 acres of rolling Devon countryside between Exeter and Exmouth, Woodbury Park is one of the South West’s leading golf, leisure and conference destinations, combining championship golf courses, contemporary hospitality facilities and flexible event spaces within a large-scale countryside resort setting. Originally developed by Formula One World Champion Nigel Mansell, the venue has evolved into a major regional hub for conferences, weddings, corporate retreats and golf hospitality events.

The Greg Norman Suite

At the centre of the venue’s conferencing and banqueting offering is the Greg Norman Suite, Woodbury Park’s principal large-scale event space. Featuring high ceilings, private bar access and panoramic countryside views, the suite supports conferences, gala dinners, weddings, exhibitions and corporate hospitality events.

The Colin Chapman Suite

Situated just off the B3180 and approximately five miles from Junction 30 of the M5, the venue offers convenient road access for delegates travelling by car, with Exeter city centre around 20 minutes away and Exeter Airport less than 15 minutes away.

The venue benefits from approximately 300 complimentary on-site parking spaces, making it particularly well suited to conferences, corporate events and residential meetings. Step-free access is available throughout the principal event facilities, while supplier access and event logistics can be arranged in advance to ensure efficient event delivery. Birmingham International rail connections are available via nearby Exeter St Davids and Exeter Central stations, with Birmingham International Airport providing convenient access for national and international visitors.
