Windsor & Georgian Suite

The hotel's largest event space and one of the largest hotel conference spaces in Windsor. Combining the Windsor and Georgian Suites creates approximately 308m² of flexible event space for up to 400 theatre-style, 300 banquet, 170 cabaret, 150 classroom, 60 U-shape or 50 boardroom.

The room features impressive vaulted ceilings, chandeliers, natural daylight, ClickShare presentation technology, a private bar and flexible dividing options. It is particularly well suited to conferences, awards dinners, gala events, weddings and larger corporate celebrations.

Windsor Suite

A characterful ballroom measuring approximately 216m², featuring a vaulted ceiling, original chandeliers and natural daylight. Current venue specifications give capacity for up to 260 theatre-style, 204 banquet, 120 cabaret, 96 classroom, 60 U-shape or 50 boardroom.

The combination of scale and character makes the Windsor Suite particularly suited to conferences, private dinners, awards, weddings and corporate celebrations.

Georgian Suite

Used independently from the Windsor Suite, the Georgian provides a flexible event space for approximately 80 theatre-style, 72 banquet, 50 cabaret, 30 classroom, 30 U-shape or 24 boardroom.

It can work as a standalone meeting or dining room or as substantial breakout and catering space alongside an event in the Windsor Suite.

Balmoral Suite

A flexible 83m² ground-floor event room accommodating up to 80 theatre-style, 72 banquet, 50 cabaret, 30 classroom, 30 U-shape or 24 boardroom. The room benefits from natural daylight, air conditioning and its own private bar.

Its ground-floor position close to the hotel's car park makes it particularly practical for meetings, training sessions, private dining and smaller corporate events.

Sandringham Suite

A stylish 75m² first-floor event space accommodating up to 80 theatre-style, 72 banquet, 50 cabaret, 30 classroom, 30 U-shape or 24 boardroom. The room retains original features and has its own private bar.

Blenheim Suite

A dedicated executive meeting room measuring approximately 29.6m² and accommodating up to 14 boardroom-style. Touchscreen and ClickShare technology make the room particularly useful for strategy meetings, hybrid meetings and presentations.

Chatsworth Suite

An executive boardroom measuring approximately 28.8m² and accommodating up to 12 delegates. The room combines contemporary meeting technology with a permanent boardroom configuration.

Holyrood Suite

A smaller meeting and syndicate room measuring approximately 23.4m² and accommodating up to 8 delegates boardroom-style. It works particularly well for interviews, executive meetings and breakout sessions.

Warwick Suite

A compact meeting and breakout space measuring approximately 11.5m² and accommodating up to 6 delegates, with access to the hotel's conference refreshments facilities.

Hampton Suite

The hotel's smallest syndicate room, measuring approximately 8.9m² and accommodating up to 4 delegates. It is ideal for private discussions, interviews and breakout meetings alongside a larger conference.
