Offering 23 flexible meeting rooms, an adjoining 195-bedroom Aloft by Marriott hotel, extensive exhibition and breakout space, and facilities for conferences of up to 1,200 delegates, The Eastside Rooms is ideally suited to conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, product launches, training events and large corporate gatherings.

Affinity Suite

The venue's flagship event space and Birmingham's largest pillar-free ballroom, accommodating up to 1,200 delegates theatre style. Featuring integrated AV, electronic dividing walls and direct access to exhibition and breakout areas, it is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, awards dinners, product launches and large-scale corporate events.

Belmont Suite

A highly flexible event suite divisible into four individual spaces. Suitable for conferences, networking events, gala dinners, receptions and exhibitions, with the ability to open directly into the surrounding foyer for larger events.

Ashstead Suite

A versatile first-floor suite which divides into three rooms and accommodates medium-sized conferences, seminars, presentations, private dinners and training events.

Exhibition & Foyer Space

Generous open foyer areas provide excellent space for exhibitions, sponsor showcases, registration, catering, networking and refreshment breaks alongside conferences.

Building Takeover

Exclusive use of the entire venue allows organisers to accommodate conferences and multi-stream events for up to 1,200 delegates with branding throughout the building and access to all meeting rooms and breakout areas.

Outdoor Terrace

A contemporary outdoor space suitable for drinks receptions, networking events, hospitality and informal corporate gatherings.
