Vue West End
Vue West End is a flagship cinema and event venue located directly on Leicester Square. The venue offers nine auditoriums with more than 1,380 seats, including two EPIC screens and a mixture of VIP and reclining Lux seating. Its central location and established cinema technology make it well suited to conferences, presentations, premieres, product launches, award ceremonies and private screenings.
Each auditorium provides fixed tiered seating, professional projection and sound, giving delegates clear sightlines throughout. Events can also incorporate the venue’s private bar for registration, catering, networking and post-event receptions, while digital screens around the building can be used for event branding.
Event Spaces
EPIC Screen 1
One of the venue’s two largest auditoriums, accommodating up to 267 guests in fixed theatre-style seating. The auditorium combines a large-format screen with advanced projection and sound, making it suitable for conferences, premieres, presentations, product launches and awards events.
EPIC Screen 2
A second large-format auditorium accommodating up to 267 guests. It provides the same immersive presentation environment and can be hired independently or alongside other screens for larger or multi-stream events.
Screen 9
A medium-sized auditorium for up to 162 guests, suitable for conferences, panel discussions, screenings, training sessions and company presentations.
Screen 6
A flexible auditorium accommodating up to 140 guests, with luxury seating, accessible wheelchair bays, laser projection and Dolby surround sound.
Screen 3
An auditorium for up to 139 guests, offering tiered seating and cinema-scale presentation facilities for corporate events and private screenings.
Screen 4
Accommodating up to 139 guests, Screen 4 is suited to conferences, presentations, training events, panel discussions and film screenings.
Screen 8
A smaller auditorium for up to 100 guests, providing an effective setting for company meetings, screenings, presentations and smaller conferences.
Screen 1
A compact auditorium accommodating up to 95 guests, with fixed tiered seating and two wheelchair spaces.
Screen 2
The venue’s smallest auditorium, accommodating up to 80 guests and providing an intimate setting for presentations, private screenings and internal company events.
Private Bar
A dedicated reception and networking area that can be incorporated into an event for registration, refreshments, catering and drinks receptions before or after the main auditorium programme.
