Venue Search & Selection
Leveraging our extensive database and advanced software, we’ll handpick five venues that meet your brief, plus one unique “wild card” that we think you’ll love. Within 48 hours, you’ll receive this initial selection, complete with our insights on each option and why they stand out. Rather than holding spaces prematurely, we’ll work closely with you, reserving only the venues that genuinely pique your interest.

Transparent Partnership
We value open communication—if our initial selection needs refining, we’ll adjust based on your feedback, ensuring a collaborative process. When it’s time to finalise, you’ll sign contracts directly with the venue. We’ll review contracts to ensure all details match your proposal and highlight any points that may need attention. (Of course, we still recommend legal advice before signing.)

While we don’t automatically attend site visits, we’re happy to join you upon request. We’ll ensure you have direct contacts for seamless venue visits, sharing all necessary details so you feel fully supported throughout the experience.

If you're looking for a venue outside of London, our team can source the perfect option based on your event’s specific needs. We just haven't gotten around to listing all the venues we have access to yet!

However, sometimes it may be necessary for us to take longer for more complex events, but don't worry we will keep you updated with an accurate timeframe.

We often receive discounts on the original prices from venues and these are passed straight over to you in your proposal. As your event evolves, we work with you and your venue(s) to ensure that the price does not slowly creep up.

Remember we are not lawyers, but we do know what to look for in the terms of a venue contract that could potentially trip you up. There is never a point in which you cannot contact us about your booking and we are always on hand for you.
