Refunds & Cancellations

At Match My Venue, we act solely as an intermediary, introducing clients to venues and service providers. We do not enter into any financial transactions or contracts with clients, nor are we responsible for the services provided by the venues or suppliers. All contracts, payments, cancellations, and any issues arising from those relationships are handled directly between the client and the venue or supplier.

1. No Client Charges

• Match My Venue provides its services free of charge to clients. Clients contract and are invoiced directly by the venue or service provider they choose.

• We are not responsible for any disputes, cancellations, or refunds related to services provided by the venue or supplier.

2. Venue/Supplier Responsibility

• Any terms, conditions, or policies regarding cancellations, refunds, or modifications to bookings are agreed upon directly between the client and the venue or supplier.

• Match My Venue does not influence, control, or take responsibility for the cancellation policies or any other contractual terms offered by venues or suppliers.

3. Liability Disclaimer

• Match My Venue accepts no liability for any issues, problems, or disputes that may arise between clients and the venues or suppliers they book. This includes, but is not limited to, service quality, cancellations, refunds, or unforeseen events.

• Any legal or financial responsibilities relating to the booking of a venue or service provider rest solely with the client and the venue or supplier.

4. Force Majeure

• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, government actions), any cancellations or changes to bookings are subject to the terms set out by the venue or supplier. Match My Venue is not involved in any agreements or disputes arising from such circumstances.

5. Venue Invoices

• While Match My Venue invoices venues or suppliers for commission payments, this process is entirely separate from the client’s relationship with the venue or supplier and does not affect the services provided or any contractual terms between the client and venue/supplier.
