Olympia London has reached another major milestone in its £1.3 billion transformation, with the latest phase of its ambitious redevelopment introducing new hospitality venues, event facilities and visitor experiences that further cement its position as one of the UK's leading destinations for exhibitions, conferences and live events.

The historic West London venue has unveiled a collection of new restaurants, bars and public spaces beneath its striking rooftop destination, Canopy, creating an entirely new environment for delegates, exhibitors and visitors. Designed to extend the visitor experience beyond the exhibition halls, the new hospitality offering provides a range of dining and networking spaces that complement Olympia's established event facilities.

Alongside the new hospitality venues, Olympia has officially opened British Airways ARC, a purpose-built 3,800-capacity live entertainment venue operated by AEG Presents. The venue marks London's first new mid-sized live entertainment venue in more than a decade and forms a key part of Olympia's vision to create a year-round destination combining business events, culture and entertainment.

The transformation also includes the forthcoming opening of Hyatt Regency London Olympia, providing more than 200 contemporary guest rooms for conference delegates, exhibitors and visitors, alongside the arrival of citizenM London Olympia, further strengthening the destination's accommodation offering. Looking ahead, London's largest purpose-built theatre in almost 50 years is scheduled to open in 2027, completing another significant phase of the redevelopment.

While Olympia has welcomed visitors for almost 140 years, the redevelopment represents far more than a refurbishment. The vision is to create a fully integrated destination where exhibitions, conferences, meetings, hospitality, hotels, entertainment and public spaces come together within a single campus. New landscaped public areas, rooftop terraces and enhanced visitor facilities have been designed to encourage delegates to spend more time on site while creating additional opportunities for networking and informal business meetings.

For event organisers, the continued investment reinforces Olympia London's position as one of the UK's most significant event destinations. Combined with its iconic exhibition halls, new International Convention Centre, premium hospitality spaces and improved transport links, the transformation provides organisers with an even broader range of options for conferences, exhibitions, product launches, corporate events and live experiences.

As further elements of the redevelopment continue to open throughout 2026 and into 2027, Olympia London is evolving beyond its historic role as an exhibition venue to become one of Europe's most comprehensive mixed-use destinations for business events, entertainment and hospitality.
