Olympia Secures Long-Term Commitment from Three Major UK Events

Olympia has secured new multi-year agreements with three of the UK's best-known exhibitions, with London Tech Week, Big Data LDN and Decorex all committing to remain at the West London venue as its £1.3 billion transformation continues.

The agreements provide further evidence that organisers are backing Olympia's long-term vision, with investment in new exhibition halls, the International Convention Centre, hotels, restaurants and public spaces creating one of Europe's most ambitious integrated event destinations.

London Tech Week, which welcomed around 35,000 attendees in 2026, will continue its growth by expanding into Olympia's new ICC from 2027, while Big Data LDN and Decorex have also extended their long-standing relationships with the venue. Together, the events attract more than 60,000 visitors each year.

For the wider industry, the renewals send a positive signal. Major organisers increasingly want more than exhibition space—they are looking for destinations that combine conference facilities, accommodation, hospitality and transport links to create a complete delegate experience. Olympia's continued investment appears to be delivering that confidence.
