Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Clients who wish to stop receiving marketing emails can click this link to automatically be removed from future mailouts.

After unsubscribing, clients will no longer receive automated marketing emails but may still receive direct, non-marketing emails related to bookings or ongoing enquiries, unless they request to stop all communications.

We may contact clients directly regarding specific bookings or enquiries. These emails are not considered marketing communications and are part of our service to facilitate your venue needs.

Clients may also receive emails related to recurring or annual events, sent around the date they initially enquired (e.g., if you book a venue for a monthly or yearly event, we may reach out in advance to help manage your booking). These communications are meant to enhance your service experience and streamline future bookings.
