Kennaway House

Cellar Bar / Function Room

The largest dedicated function space at Kennaway House, measuring 125m² and accommodating 80–100 guests. The room has windows on three sides, its own licensed bar and direct access to a professional catering kitchen. Projector, screen, PA and staging can also be hired, making it suitable for parties, receptions, presentations, fairs and informal corporate events.

Hatton Wood Room

An elegant Regency room on the principal floor, used for conferences, exhibitions, formal dinners, receptions and musical events. Current venue information gives a seated capacity of up to 70 guests, while formal lunches and dinners are normally accommodated for up to 60.

Amyatt Rooms

The Amyatt accommodation provides additional Regency event and exhibition space adjoining the Hatton Wood Room. The Front Amyatt has a seated capacity of 30, while the Back Amyatt accommodates 15, making them particularly useful as breakout, meeting, registration or exhibition spaces.

Langford Room

A 28m² classroom and meeting room with Georgian sash windows, desks, chairs and whiteboard. Projector, screen and flipchart facilities can be added, making it suitable for training, workshops and smaller business meetings.

Sampson Room

Another 28m² meeting and classroom space with natural daylight, furniture and presentation equipment available to hire. It is particularly suited to workshops, training and breakout sessions.

Captain Phillipps Room

An intimate 18m² meeting room accommodating approximately 8–10 people, suited to interviews, board meetings, private consultations and small breakout sessions.

The Lawn

The landscaped lawn in front of Kennaway House measures approximately 27m x 15m and can be independently hired for weddings, parties, food events and craft fairs. There is sufficient space for a marquee, together with a hard-standing area suitable for outdoor catering.
