Kin House is a Grade II-listed Georgian manor in Kington Langley, Wiltshire, available for private hire and exclusive-use events. Set within 10 acres of walled gardens and private woodland, the house combines individually designed interiors with dedicated event spaces, 12 bedrooms and extensive outdoor areas.
The venue caters for corporate retreats, away days, launches, private parties, dinners and weddings. Its largest dedicated event space, Kilvert Hall, accommodates up to 200 seated or 400 standing, while the main house contains smaller rooms for meetings, private dining, drinks and breakout sessions. Activities including yoga, pottery, foraging, clay-pigeon shooting, lawn games and cocktail making can also be incorporated into programmes.

Kin House operates primarily as an exclusive-use venue, with an in-house events team supporting planning from initial booking through to delivery. Catering is provided around a relaxed, family-style food concept, including sharing menus, private dinners, breakfasts, woodland feasts and outdoor dining from the wood-fired oven.
The house and grounds can also support a substantial programme of activities including yoga, Pilates, sound baths, pottery, foraging, lawn games, clay-pigeon shooting and cocktail making. Kin House maintains its own recommended supplier list for additional event services.
