One of Pynes House’s defining features is its extensive outdoor space. Formal terraces, rose gardens, expansive lawns and mature woodland create exceptional settings for outdoor ceremonies, drinks receptions, summer parties and marquee events. The countryside setting gives the venue a highly private and immersive atmosphere rarely found so close to Exeter.

The estate offers 12 individually designed luxury bedrooms accommodating up to 28 guests across the manor house. Combining classic English country house styling with contemporary comfort, the accommodation allows guests to fully immerse themselves within the estate for multi-day events and weekend celebrations.
