Sugar Studios
Sugar Studios is a flexible studio and event venue housed within a former sugar factory on the Greenwich Peninsula. Originally created for film, photography and production, its large-scale studios, high ceilings, drive-in access and production infrastructure also make it a strong blank-canvas option for corporate events, launches, fashion shows, exhibitions, live events and experiential productions.
The venue can be hired partially or exclusively, with exclusive hire accommodating up to 500 standing or 350 seated guests. Its combination of large studio spaces, communal areas, dressing rooms, kitchen and bar facilities gives organisers considerable freedom to create bespoke events rather than working around a fixed venue format.

Sugar Studios operates as a highly flexible production-led venue, with ground-floor access, high ceilings, rigging infrastructure, three-phase power availability, dressing and hair and make-up facilities, production areas, storage and Wi-Fi. Its large access points are particularly useful for events involving substantial scenery, installations, vehicles or technical production.
The venue can operate on a dry-hire basis, allowing organisers to bring their own suppliers and caterers, while in-house food and drink options are also available through Sugar Café, the venue's food truck and catering partners. External catering and BYO alcohol are permitted subject to the venue's applicable charges and arrangements.

The Big Stage provides the principal event space, while the Infinity Stage and specialist production studios allow organisers to create different environments within the same venue. Exclusive hire expands this further, providing capacity for up to 500 guests alongside communal, catering and backstage areas.

Sugar Studios is located at Morden Wharf on the Greenwich Peninsula in South East London. North Greenwich Underground station provides Jubilee line connections to Canary Wharf, London Bridge and central London.
The venue's slightly more industrial location is actually advantageous for production-heavy events, providing ground-floor loading access and on-site parking that can be difficult to find at comparable central London venues.
