HMS Belfast is one of London's most iconic and memorable event venues, offering exclusive and individual event spaces aboard a historic Royal Navy warship permanently moored on the River Thames between London Bridge and Tower Bridge. Part of the Imperial War Museums collection, HMS Belfast served during the Second World War and the Korean War before becoming one of London's most recognisable historic attractions. Today, the ship has been carefully adapted to accommodate corporate and private events whilst retaining its authentic naval character. From elegant dining rooms and officers' quarters to expansive outdoor decks overlooking Tower Bridge, every event space offers a unique atmosphere that simply cannot be replicated in a traditional venue.

Located just a short walk from London Bridge Station, the venue combines exceptional transport links with one of the capital's most distinctive event experiences. Guests also have the opportunity to explore the ship's historic decks during their visit, adding an extra dimension to every event.

Event Spaces

Ship's Company Dining Hall

Once the bustling dining room for HMS Belfast's crew, the Ship's Company Dining Hall has been transformed into the vessel's largest and most versatile event space. Retaining its authentic naval character whilst offering modern AV facilities, multiple presentation screens and flexible layouts, the room is perfectly suited to conferences, awards dinners, gala dinners, product launches and large corporate events. Accommodating up to 200 guests for receptions or 144 for seated dining, it provides an impressive and highly unusual alternative to a traditional conference venue.

Quarter Deck

The Quarter Deck is one of London's most spectacular outdoor event spaces, offering uninterrupted views of Tower Bridge, the Tower of London and the River Thames. Ideal for drinks receptions, networking events, summer parties and arrival receptions, this open-air deck creates an unforgettable backdrop as the sun sets over the city skyline. It can also be combined with the indoor spaces to create seamless multi-space events.

Ward & Ante Room

Historically serving as the Officers' Mess, the Ward & Ante Room combines period elegance with contemporary event facilities. Featuring two interconnected rooms, the space offers a refined setting for board meetings, private dining, executive receptions, networking events and smaller conferences. The adjoining Ante Room is perfect for welcome drinks or breakout sessions before guests move through to the main dining or meeting space.

Morgan Giles Room

Named after one of HMS Belfast's commanding officers, the Morgan Giles Room provides a bright and flexible meeting environment with views across the Thames. Suitable for conferences, presentations, workshops and training sessions, the room combines modern event facilities with the unique atmosphere of being aboard one of Britain's most famous warships.

Admiral's Quarters

The Admiral's Quarters offer one of the ship's most exclusive spaces for executive meetings, client entertaining and private dining. Beautifully restored to reflect life aboard HMS Belfast during active service, the room provides an intimate setting full of historic character and can be enhanced with private guided tours of the ship.
